Mr. Weiss graduated from the State University of New York at Stonybrook with honors (B.A. 1981) and earned his law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (J.D.) in 1985. He is licensed to practice law in the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. He is also admitted to practice law in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
